We're a small team and we read every message. Here's how to get help with sho.run.

The fastest way to reach us is Discord. Hop into our community and you'll usually get a same-day answer — from us or from another operator who's hit the same thing. Email works too; we just check it less often.

Get help

Ask in our Discord community for the quickest answer, or email [email protected] if you'd rather. Either way, if it's about a specific show, tell us your platform (iPad, Android, or Mac), what gear you're connecting (fixtures, interface, mixer), and what you expected to happen.

Beta testing

sho.run is in beta and improving fast. Grab it for your platform on the beta page — iPad and Mac via TestFlight, Android via Google Play — and tell us what breaks or feels awkward. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.

Reporting a bug

Found a bug? The app can help you file it — look for the bug-report option, which pre-fills the app version and build so we can reproduce it. If you email us instead, please include: your device and OS, the app version, the steps that led to the issue, and what you expected. Screenshots or a short video help a lot.

Common questions

Many common questions are answered in the FAQ on our home page — platforms, offline use, mixers, Stream Deck/Companion, crash recovery, and show-file longevity. For what each part of the app does, see Lights, Visuals, and Audio.

Response times

Discord is usually same-day. Email typically takes 1–2 business days. Beta and launch periods can get busy — thanks for your patience, and for helping us build something better.
