Lights
In beta now

Stage lights,
without the stage console.

Patch fixtures, build groups, and fire looks over Art-Net, sACN, and USB DMX (beta) — plus a smart-bulb bridge for Hue, LIFX, WLED, Govee, and more. sho.run is a full lighting rig you actually enjoy using.

What's in the Box

One-tap looks

Six plain-English looks to start, plus a smart Look Generator. Tap a color, spread it across the rig, done.

Movement & beams

Pan/tilt with per-fixture limits and invert, fan & spread, beam and pixel effects — all on friendly faders.

Real protocols

Art-Net, sACN, and USB DMX (beta). Works with external CRMX / W-DMX transmitters over standard output.

Smart-bulb bridge

Adapters for Hue, LIFX, WLED, Govee, and a dozen more consumer families (coverage varies by device).

Mass-clone patching

Clone a fixture × N with auto-incremented DMX addresses. Address-conflict warnings and a rough power estimate built in.

Undo when it counts

3-deep step-back for live tweaks (beta) — color, movement, palette, beam — from the top-bar pill or ⌘Z.

Straight Talk

Honest about what lights can do today

  • DMX output over Art-Net and sACN is solid; USB DMX is in beta on Mac, Windows, and Android.
  • Smart-bulb coverage varies by family — primary validation is on Hue, LIFX, and WLED.
  • Color-effect strobes are hard-clamped at 3 Hz and can't be overridden; a separate special-FX strobe path runs at operator-set rates.
  • Companion / Stream Deck friendly over HTTP & WebSocket — there's no packaged Companion module yet, you drive the endpoints directly.

Software is currently in beta and provided AS-IS to testers. You are responsible for your own gig's safety and we do not certify against any specific standard. Photographer-friendly mode mutes the color-effect strobes when the room asks.

Put it on your stage.
