Beta Launch, and Why We Do This

July 15, 2026

Thanks for coming to hang out. Welcome to our launch.

This app platform is truly a labor of love.

For five years, we've been running an independent music venue, run by a non-profit, and produces 100 events per year. The space was completely bootstrapped, and there have been times when only one or two staff were running the entire show, from ticketing to bartending to lights to audio, and everything in between.

This meant learning how to make folks sound good in the space, how DMX lighting works, and how to transform a concrete room into a true patron experience.

We know we aren't the only folks that have built their space or service from the ground up, and had to learn all these things.

The one thing that has truly helped us, is our staff and volunteers. However, it can be a huge time drain to train folks on what to do when. It then became our goal to be able to give someone a 10-minute overview of everything they need to know about show control, and have them nail it.

It's working great at our venue, so we decided to start building it out for all the other types of venues and traveling rigs that exist.

Today, we launch our Lights domain, which allows you to connect DMX lights, WLED pixels, smart lights like WiZ, and others, and instantly be able to visually create lighting scenes that amaze.

By the end of the summer, video wall and projector controls, as well as audio control, will be coming to the beta app. The goal: to be able to control the entire venue from one pair of hands.

Please reach out with questions, join the support discord, and be vocal about what you'd like to see in the software in the future.

Thanks for checking us out, and we hope you enjoy the ride!
